Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) seeks an experienced General Practitioner to join its remote site medical team. You will deliver comprehensive medical care, manage emergencies, and support workforce health and safety in a high-demand, fast-paced industrial environment.

This role requires ATLS/ACLS/Hiperkes, 5+ years as a GP, and experience in mining or remote sites; FIFO travel and on-site accommodation are provided.

Qualifications

• MD degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years proven GP experience.
• Mandatory ATLS, ACLS, and Hiperkes certifications.
• Experience in mining or remote site medical services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Handle emergency and critical cases within an industrial workplace setting.
• Conduct medical check-ups, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Support and execute occupational health programs aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external medical teams, including referrals when necessary.
• Drive health promotion, disease prevention, and safety awareness across the workforce.
• Ensure full compliance with health regulations and company safety protocols.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable General Practitioner (GP) to join our site medical team. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-demand environments, capable of handling emergency cases, and delivering high-standard medical care in a remote industrial setting. This is not a routine clinical role - you will be operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact workforce health, safety, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
