Job summary

Karunia Group is seeking a Site Logistics Administrator in East Kalimantan to manage on-site inventory, track movements of materials, and support procurement. You will ensure accurate records and reports to keep the site running smoothly.

The role requires at least 1 year in logistics or inventory, strong MS Office skills, and the willingness to be stationed at the Sangkulirang site. Knowledge of LV spare parts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3/S1 in Administration preferred.
• 1 year of hands-on logistics administration or inventory management experience.
• Strong Windows/Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Inventory tracking and real-time data entry for incoming/outgoing site goods.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
• Support procurement by monitoring consumption and initiating purchase requests.
• Ensure logistics and shipping documentation is complete and archived.
• Conduct regular stock counts with warehouse team to maintain accuracy.
