Job summary

Karunia Group is seeking an On-Site Logistics Administrator to support our Sangkulirang operations. You will manage inventory data, generate stock reports, and assist procurement while ensuring proper documentation and filing for compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or higher, 1 year in logistics, and strong computer skills. Familiarity with SAP or Accurate is a plus; age under 35 and willingness to be stationed on site in East Kalimantan are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK diploma; diploma or bachelor’s preferred in administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of logistics or inventory administration experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Excel and Word.
• ERP familiarity (SAP or Accurate) is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of LV and bus spare parts is beneficial.
• High accuracy, self-discipline, and teamwork abilities.
• Male, age up to 35 years, willing to be stationed in Sangkulirang.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate inventory data for all goods.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Monitor material consumption and raise purchase requests as needed.
• Ensure logistics and shipping documents are complete and archived.
• Conduct regular stock audits with warehouse team.
