Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Head of Infrastructure for a flagship South Lombok resort development. You will direct the end-to-end civil infrastructure and utility packages, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across all work streams while coordinating with executives, consultants, and contractors.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 10+ years of large-scale delivery, 3+ years in senior leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-package programs.
• Hands-on experience with earthworks, drainage, roads, and utilities.
• Strong scheduling, risk, and quality assurance knowledge.
• Fluent English for international collaboration; on-site in South Lombok.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages on site.
• Review surveys, designs, specs to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, risks, and delivery.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and consultants across packages.
• Establish QA/QC, HSE standards across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of electrical, water, CCTV, and telecom systems.
• Monitor progress, costs, procurement, risks, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare executive reports on schedules, budgets, progress, risks, decisions.
• Build and mentor the delivery team; liaise with engineering, procurement, and operations.
