Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA in Jakarta is seeking a Site Manager to lead all on-site activities of an HV project, ensuring cost-effective execution, safety, quality, and schedule compliance across start-up, construction, erection, and commissioning phases.

You will coordinate with the customer, contractors, and management, manage site personnel, budgets, and subcontractors, and ensure Health, Safety and Environmental plans are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
3–5 years as site manager for high voltage installations.
Ability to lead and deliver on time while prioritizing safety.
Strong knowledge of HSE, contracts management, and commercial aspects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and schedule/risk management.

Responsibilities

Fully responsible for and monitor all site activity.
Plan on-site activities with Project Manager and manage site personnel.
Coordinate and drive site works to meet contract requirements, cost, and schedule with emphasis on quality and safety.
Interface with Customer Site representatives and local authorities; assist in technical discussions.
Ensure on-site Health, Safety and Environmental plans comply with Hitachi Energy standards and are implemented.
Manage site budget and costs; forecast accurately and handle subcontractors and payments.
Capture and share lessons learned; update documentation and ensure proper document control.
