Job summary

FANTASIA Kindergarten & Preschool in Jakarta is seeking an Innovative, Hardworking and Enthusiastic content creator to manage our social media presence. You will develop monthly content plans, produce photos and videos, and collaborate with teachers to capture daily activities that showcase our bilingual education in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, hands-on social media experience, and proficiency with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree minimum
Experience in managing social media
Strong understanding of the digital audience
Solid understanding of content planning
Proficient in creating content tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Skilled in using basic design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone, clarity, and branding
Detail-oriented, communicative, and collaborative

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a monthly content plan for all units (School, Daycare, and Growing center)
Create and publish engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels)
Capture and document daily activities to be used as social media content
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure accurate and positive representation of activities
Assist in running paid promotions or ads when needed
Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights
