Job summary

BW DIGITAL in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking a DC Connectivity Supervisor to lead on-site connectivity cabling installations at the NDP1 Data Centre campus. This full-time role sits with the BWD Connectivity team and reports to the Project Director, Connectivity in Sydney.

You will manage contractors and vendors, ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance, and maintain project documentation while coordinating with Connectivity PMs to deliver high-quality data centre connectivity across modules

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ telecoms project management experience.
• Experience delivering construction activities within budgets.
• Ability to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work autonomously and remotely.
• Knowledge of safety standards and hyperscale environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direction for end-to-end connectivity cabling installations.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and standards compliance.
• Manage cabling contractors, installation partners, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation including risks, changes, and progress.
• Collaborate with Connectivity PMs to deliver on time and budget.
