Job summary

PT Delonix Group Indonesia is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee on-site coordination of construction projects. You will align design, construction, and acceptance phases and act as the main communication bridge between the site and senior engineering management.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, hotel pre-opening/renovation experience preferred, and strong skills in scheduling, cost, quality, and safety controls. Long-term overseas posting may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience; ability to lead medium-to-large projects
• Experience in hotel pre-opening/renovation or similar large-scale developments preferred
• Able to review drawings, contracts and proposals; identify risks and drive resolutions
• Familiar with scheduling, cost, quality and safety controls

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site coordination; drive design, construction and acceptance phases
• Coordinate designers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Work with procurement to ensure timely delivery and installation
• Develop and track project plans, schedules and milestones
• Oversee on-site construction quality and safety; organize quality acceptance
• Assist in cost control and on-site quantity reviews
• Act as bridge between site and Head of Engineering; report progress
• Produce project documentation and decision-support materials
