Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year onsite monitoring experience.
• BA/BS degree in science/health care field or nursing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Perform site management activities in compliance with SOPs and WIs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidance (ICH-GCP).
• Conduct site qualification and initiation activities.
• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring across study stages.
• Maintain ISF and TMF reconciliation and documentation.
• Communicate with site staff and project team to ensure timelines.
