Job summary

PT PRESTOVA HOME LIVING INDONESIA seeks a Workshop Translator & Operations Coordinator to bridge Indonesian and Chinese communication and to manage workshop tasks on-site in Batam. You will translate accurately, assign daily tasks, coordinate work, track progress, and ensure targets are met on time, serving as the link between management and on-site teams.

Requirements include fluency in Indonesian and Chinese, 1–2 years in workshop coordination or similar roles, and a diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Indonesian and Chinese (written & spoken).
• 1–2 years experience in workshop coordination or task management.
• Diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate Indonesian to Chinese and Chinese to Indonesian for work orders, safety rules, instructions, and internal communications.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly work tasks to workshop staff based on skill and schedule.
• Monitor progress, ensure tasks meet standards and deadlines, and report status to management.
• Maintain daily work records, logs, and progress reports; ensure on-site safety and discipline.
