Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and on-call duties for crane products across Indonesia. You will report to the Service Manager and Field Supervisor and ensure timely reporting and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma III in Electrical, 3 years’ related experience, and a willingness to be placed in Medan or other locations. Outsourcing hire is possible, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma III Electrical or Vocational school in electrical with 3 years’ experience in related jobs.
• Work at height and as a team.
• Excellent health condition.
• Have driving licence (SIM A).
• Willing to be placed in Medan or project assignment in around Indonesia.
• Willing to be hired under Outsource.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of Crane Product.
• Trouble shooting of Crane Product.
• On-call duties of Crane Product.
• Submit complete service report and recommendation to Field Supervisor within two days after job completed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5-S in all activities.
• Assist Field Supervisor in field job execution and workshop activity.
• Follow work instructions in repair and service agreements and obtain customer approval.
