Job summary

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk in Indonesia seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform routine and non-routine maintenance on electrical equipment at the Cilegon site. This role requires a Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering, 3 years of experience, and good English communication.

You will work with a shift contractor, follow work instructions, and uphold safety, waste handling, and environmental regulations. The position is based at the site office in Anyer - Banten, Indonesia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine/non-routine maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Implement electrical field activities per work instructions to increase productivity.
• Maintain safe working practices and housekeeping per HSE/QMS guidelines.
• Conduct proper waste handling to comply with environmental laws.
• Directly collaborate with shift contractors to perform duties.
• Record and report abnormalities to the related department promptly.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical Equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any electrical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.
• Implement the electrical field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly. Check and identify electrical equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
• Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping at the activity of Electrical Maintenance team in accordance the safety and health, environment and Quality Management systems.
• Conduct proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities to comply with relevant environmental law and regulation.
• Directly responsible with a shift contractor who assist him to perform his shift job.
• Perform clear written and oral communication among operation, other shift team and contractor during performing his job. Record and report immediately any abnormality to the related section/Department during his duty.
