Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional for site-based work at the Cilegon location. The role involves maintaining electrical equipment, following safety guidelines, and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth production.

The candidate should hold a Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience, and be able to communicate in English. The position is located at the site office in Anyer - Banten.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical equipment, including regular maintenance patrols and fixes.
• Identify and analyze electrical problems to determine root cause and repair actions.
• Implement electrical field activities following work instructions to increase productivity and ensure smooth production processes.
• Conduct safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping within Electrical Maintenance team.
• Coordinate with shift contractor and report abnormalities to the relevant section/department during duty.
• Communicate clearly with operations, other shifts, and contractor during work.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical Equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any electrical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.
• Implement the electrical field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly. Check and identify electrical equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
• Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping at the activity of Electrical Maintenance team in accordance the safety and health, environment and Quality Management systems.
• Conduct proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities to comply with relevant environmental law and regulation.
• Directly responsible with a shift contractor who assist him to perform his shift job.
• Perform clear written and oral communication among operation, other shift team and contractor during performing his job. Record and report immediately any abnormality to the related section/Department during his duty.

Qualifications
