Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional for its site office in Cilegon. The role focuses on routine and non-routine electrical maintenance, safety, and adherence to environmental guidelines. You will coordinate with shift contractors and ensure clear communication across operations teams.

Requirements include a Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years’ experience, and strong English communication. Willingness to be placed at site office Anyer - Banten.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical equipment.
• Implement electrical field activity following work instructions to increase productivity.
• Maintain safe working practices and good housekeeping for the Electrical Maintenance team.
• Conduct proper waste handling to comply with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with shift contractor and report abnormalities to the relevant department.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical Equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any electrical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.
• Implement the electrical field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly. Check and identify electrical equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
• Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping at the activity of Electrical Maintenance team in accordance the safety and health, environment and Quality Management systems.
• Conduct proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities to comply with relevant environmental law and regulation.
• Directly responsible with a shift contractor who assist him to perform his shift job.
• Perform clear written and oral communication among operation, other shift team and contractor during performing his job. Record and report immediately any abnormality to the related section/Department during his duty.
