Job summary

PT SAMINDO TRIMITRA CHEMINDO seeks a results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to grow Oilfield Chemicals revenue in Indonesia. You will identify customer needs, present chemical solutions, and manage end-to-end procurement processes from vendor registration to close.

You will build relationships with K3S Migas, EPCs, and service companies, search for new opportunities, coordinate with R&D for product development, prepare proposals, and monitor the sales pipeline toward targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, specifically Oil & Gas or Oilfield Chemicals.
• Extensive networking in K3S Migas with Procurement, Engineering, Operations or Production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and increase sales of Oilfield Chemicals products to K3S Migas, EPC, oilfield service companies and related enterprises.
• Search for and develop new business opportunities and projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key personnel in Procurement, Engineering, Operation, Production, and R&D.
• Follow tender and procurement processes from vendor registration, RFQ/RFP, quotation, negotiation to closing/PO.
• Coordinate with R&D/Technical team for product development, testing, trial and improvement.
