• Prepare report of loading/unloading activity to supervisor
• Check stock before and after loading/unloading
• Ensure no leaks or oil loss during loading/unloading
• Direct operators to meet company targets
• Manage operational issues during unloading/loading
• Ensure loading/unloading meets safety regulations
• Monitor oil carrier characteristics (ships, trucks)
• Ensure port procedures are followed
• Ensure equipment is maintained and clean
• Ensure pipelines do not interfere with transfer
