Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks an experienced operations supervisor to manage receipt, transfer, storage and oil expenditure at the CPO Terminal, Farm Tank and Bulk Filling. The role focuses on ISCC/Non-ISCC acceptance, ISO compliance and minimizing losses while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence at Tarjun Refinery in South Kalimantan.

You will coordinate with Bulking, admin and export documentation teams, maintain equipment, and lead discipline and staff development in a demanding refinery

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering and at least 3 years as an assistant manager in a tank farm.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO 22000, Halal, ISCC, and RSPO standards.
• Good understanding of quality and safety management systems.
• Proficiency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, transfer, storage and oil expenditure at CPO Terminal, Farm Tank and Bulk Filling.
• Ensure ISCC/Non-ISCC acceptance and ISO compliance; monitor CCPs and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and feedback to supervisor on acceptance and entry of oil to/from the factory.
• Maintain equipment, hygiene and safety in the WB, Terminal, Tank Yard; enforce safety regulations.
