Job summary

PT Rigspek Perkasa seeks a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities in our Jakarta operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement with supervisory or managerial experience, and a proven track record in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation within oil and gas.

You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, oversee import-export logistics coordination, and optimize costs across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement/Purchasing with supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
• Experience in the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) field is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, and cost optimization.
• Familiar with import-export and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
