Job summary

IM3 is seeking an Officer-Corporate Brand Operations & Performance to oversee brand asset governance and data-driven reporting. The role requires coordinating multiple operational workstreams with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring design consistency and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, possess strong Excel and presentation skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Brand identity systems and guideline governance.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience with PM tools and DAM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-workstream tracking.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Meticulous attention to data reporting and asset tracking.
• Proactive ownership and execution discipline.
• Collaborative with cross-functional partners and vendors.

Officer-Corporate Brand Operations & Performance

• Brand Stewardship: Solid foundational understanding of brand identity systems, design consistency, and guideline governance.
• Data & Tool Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and DAM systems is an advantage.
• Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy in data reporting, proofreading brand assets, and tracking deliverables.
• Execution Discipline & Ownership: Proactive follow-through on action items without requiring constant supervision.
• Agility & Collaboration: Adaptable team player capable of engaging effectively with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
