Job summary

PT Unotek Dimensi Mandiri in Indonesia is seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant specializing in Accounting to analyze business processes, configure the Accounting module, and support implementation for clients. You will prepare functional specifications, conduct UAT, and train end users, while coordinating with developers for customizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and/or accounting management systems (ERP/accounting software).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK), AP/AR cycles, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Odoo implementation (Accounting module in particular) is a strong advantage.
• Able to prepare functional documents and communicate professionally with clients.
• Comfortable working with project targets/deadlines.
• Willing to travel to client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis for clients' Accounting/Finance module requirements.
• Configure and customize the Accounting module in Odoo (Chart of Accounts, Tax, Payment Terms, Bank Reconciliation, Asset Management, etc.).
• Prepare requirement documents, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) together with clients.
• Provide training and hypercare support to end users.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team on customization needs.
• Troubleshoot functional issues post go-live.
