Job summary

Electrum is seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the Odoo ecosystem across multiple business domains in Indonesia. You will own end-to-end functional architecture, drive large-scale process improvements, and guide cross-functional stakeholders in scalable workflows.

You will serve as the primary functional expert for Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and People teams, ensuring Odoo remains robust, efficient, and aligned with Electrum’s evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP lead.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle Odoo implementations.
• Deep understanding of Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, or Operations.
• Strong ability to translate complex workflows into functional system design.
• Experience coordinating with developers and understanding technical implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Odoo functional design across multiple modules for scalability and maintainability.
• Define system architecture, workflows, integration logic, and best practices.
• Conduct deep-dive process mapping and redesign initiatives across departments.
• Oversee end-to-end Odoo implementations for new modules or major enhancements.
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers to align technical development with functional needs.
• Manage release cycles, regression testing, and rollout plans for updates.
• Act as functional advisor to Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and People teams.
• Establish governance standards for Odoo processes and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
