Job summary

BrainFit is expanding its education programs in Indonesia and seeks energetic educators to conduct brain fitness training for students. Trainings will follow proprietary methodologies and require strong communication with parents and students in Jakarta.

We offer a 2-year contract, opportunities for professional development, and BPJS health and employment benefits for full-time staff. English proficiency is mandatory and experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Social science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children.
• English Proficiency is a must.
• Available for a 2-year employment contract.
• Must be available to work 5-days including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of BrainFit programs, features and benefits.
• Conduct brain fitness training classes to students based on proprietary methodologies.
• Provide excellent customer service support to students and their parents.
• Communicate with parents to set realistic expectations and goals for our programs.
• Ensure students make progress and goals are appropriately met.
• Assist with administrative duties as required.
• Participate in trainings as required.

About the position:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of company’s programs in terms of their features and benefits
• Conduct brain fitness training classes to students based on our proprietary methodologies and protocols
• Provide excellent customer service support to students and their parents
• Communicate with parents to set realistic expectations and goals for our programs and help manage these expectations through the course of their relationship with regular communications as required
• Ensure students make the best progress and established goals are appropriately met.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required
• Participate in trainings as required

Requirements:
