Job summary

Made for Ayura in Jakarta seeks a Nursing professional to support doctors in aesthetic and dermatology procedures, prepare patients, manage treatment rooms and equipment, and provide pre- and post-treatment nursing care per SOPs.

The candidate should have a Diploma (D3) in Nursing with active STR, 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic/dermatology clinics, and familiarity with laser devices. Based at OORA Skinlabs, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, with shift work including weekends.

Qualifications

• Familiar with aesthetic treatments and equipment including laser devices preferred.

Job description

This is a Nursing position in an aesthetic and dermatology clinic. You will assist doctors during aesthetic, dermatology, and other medical procedures, prepare patients for treatments, manage treatment rooms and equipment, and provide pre-treatment and post-treatment nursing care in accordance with clinic standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

Assist doctors during aesthetic, dermatology, and other medical procedures in accordance with clinic SOPs

Prepare patients before treatments, including checking vital signs, medical information, and treatment readiness as required

Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment, instruments, consumables, and other materials required before each procedure

Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment nursing care and explain aftercare instructions to patients as directed by the doctor

Monitor patients' condition and comfort before, during, and after treatment, and immediately report any concerns or adverse reactions to the doctor

Complete and maintain accurate patient treatment records, nursing documentation, and other required clinic records

Follow all OORA Skinlabs SOPs, medical protocols, Company policies, and health & safety requirements

About you

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing

Must have an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or skincare clinic

Experienced in assisting doctors during aesthetic and dermatology treatments and procedures

Familiar with aesthetic treatments and equipment, including laser and other energy-based devices, is highly preferred

Able to perform basic nursing procedures such as patient preparation, vital sign monitoring, wound care, and post-treatment care in accordance with clinic SOPs

Understands infection prevention and control, sterilization, hygiene, patient safety, and medical waste handling

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-oriented and service-minded attitude

Well-groomed, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented

Able to work effectively with doctors, nurses, beauticians, and other clinic team members

Willing to work on a shift schedule, weekends, and public holidays according to clinic operational requirements

Willing to be placed at OORA Skinlabs, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
