Siloam Hospitals Group in Indonesia seeks a dedicated Enrolled/Level I Clinical Nurse to perform patient care in the Operating Theater. The role involves preparing the environment, ensuring equipment and medications are ready, and supporting doctors throughout procedures.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma (D3) in Nursing and at least 1 year of experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse, with a focus on patient comfort and safety. On-site hospital duties in Bekasi are expected.

Qualificações

• Diploma (D3) in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out patient nursing services in the Operating Theater unit.
• Prepare facilities to ensure smooth service delivery and relocate patients by ensuring room security and comfort, and verifying equipment and medicines are ready.
• Provide nursing care using standards: monitor patient health, vitals, and post-procedure status.
• Assist patients before and during procedures by doctors, including preparing patients physically and psychologically, and ensuring patient and family comfort and security.
• Prepare patients post-procedure, including home care instructions and necessary documentation.
• Maintain nursing care recording and reporting systems to ensure accurate information and communication.
• Implement quality and safety procedures and participate in training to meet hospital-wide indicators.

• Responsible for carrying out patient nursing services/care in the Operating Theater unit
• Preparing facilities to ensure smooth service delivery and facilitate patients/families in receiving services, by: arranging room security and comfort, checking and ensuring all necessary equipment functions properly, and ensuring medicines and other required medical equipment are available and ready for use.
• Providing nursing care using nursing practice standards: Performing emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patient's primary health issues. Observing and monitoring the patient's health condition (general status: physical, psychological, vital signs, and main complaints) during and immediately after the procedure.
• Assisting patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: preparing patients physically and psychologically, calming patients, arranging patient positions, and ensuring patient and family comfort and security during the procedure.
• Preparing patients post-procedure, including administrative needs such as: home care instructions, medical certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Providing health education to patients/families as needed.
• Implementing and maintaining nursing care recording and reporting systems to ensure accurate information and communication systems.
• Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.
