Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group membuka peluang bagi Perawat Klinis Level I untuk bekerja di unit ICU/ICCU/HCU. Tugas utama meliputi perawatan pasien sesuai standar, persiapan fasilitas, dan pendokumentasian keperawatan secara akurat.

Posisi ini menuntut gelar S1 Profesi Keperawatan dan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun. Peran ini bersifat on-site dengan fokus pada keselamatan pasien dan kualitas layanan rumah sakit.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Profesi Keperawatan.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Perawat Klinik Level I.

Responsibilities

• Memberikan perawatan keperawatan sesuai standar praktik keperawatan untuk unit ICU/ICCU/HCU.
• Mempersiapkan fasilitas layanan untuk kenyamanan pasien dan keluarga, memastikan peralatan dan obat siap pakai.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan, memantau kondisi pasien, dan tindakan keperawatan darurat sesuai masalah kesehatan utama.
• Membantu pasien sebelum/durasi prosedur bersama dokter, menenangkan pasien, dan menjaga kenyamanan saat prosedur.
• Menyiapkan pasien pasca prosedur, termasuk administrasi, surat keterangan, rujukan, dan resep untuk home care.
• Mengimplementasikan sistem pencatatan perawatan dan pelaporan keperawatan secara akurat.
• Mengikuti prosedur mutu dan keselamatan layanan serta mengikuti pelatihan terkait indikator rumah sakit.

Job description

• Responsible for carrying out patient nursing care/services in the ICU/ICCU/HCU unit.
• Prepare facilities for smooth service and make it easier for patients/families to receive services, by: Arranging the security and comfort of the room. Check and ensure that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary medical equipment are available and ready to use.
• Provide nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carry out emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patient's main health problem. Make observations, monitor the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the procedure and immediately after the procedure.
• Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position. Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure.
• Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Provide health education to patients/families as needed.
• Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
