Job summary

HAP Indonesia is seeking an Aesthetic Doctor to diagnose and treat skin concerns using advanced procedures in a clinical setting. You will conduct patient consultations, develop personalized plans, and perform procedures with a focus on safety and patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor, is an MD with active STR, and is proficient in English. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities for ongoing training in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• MD with active STR and at least 1 year of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating skin concerns with advanced procedures such as Laser & IPL, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, mesotherapy, radiofrequency, hair treatment and slimming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assess aesthetic needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver aesthetic procedures with emphasis on patient safety and pre-/post-care guidance.
• Educate patients on treatment options, downtime, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive, personalized care.
• Offer expert advice on aesthetic and anti-aging treatments and related products.

An Aesthetic Doctor role focused on diagnosing and treating skin concerns using advanced procedures and delivering personalized patient care in a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations, assess aesthetic needs, and develop personalized treatment plans including procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP, HIFU, chemical peels, Laser & IPL, Microneedling (Dermapen), Mesotherapy, Radiofrequency, Hair Treatment, and Slimming

Deliver professional medical aesthetic procedures while ensuring patient safety, pre- and post-care

Educate patients on treatment options, downtime, and post-treatment instructions

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and review patient progress throughout treatment

Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and staff to provide comprehensive, personalized care

Offer expert advice on aesthetic and anti-aging treatments, including product and service information

Foster strong relationships with current and potential patients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Participate in training in Jakarta

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor

Medical Doctor (MD) with active STR

Proficient in spoken and written English

Expertise in diagnosing and treating skin concerns using advanced procedures such as Laser & IPL, Chemical Peels, Microneedling (Dermapen), PRP, Mesotherapy, Radiofrequency, Hair Treatment, and Slimming

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively

Strong passion for learning and patient care

Aesthetic expertise and additional certifications in Aesthetic Medicine or Dermatology preferred
