Job summary

OORA Skinlabs in Setiabudi, Jakarta is seeking an experienced Beautician/Therapist to perform facial and non-medical aesthetic treatments in line with clinic SOPs. You will prepare clients, set up rooms and equipment, ensure hygiene, and explain post-care guidance while maintaining excellent service.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and work shifts, including weekends and holidays at the Jakarta clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Beautician/Therapist, preferably in an aesthetic, beauty, or skincare clinic
• Experienced in performing facial and non-medical aesthetic treatments according to clinic SOPs
• Familiar with basic skincare procedures, facial treatments, and beauty equipment
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, sterilization, and treatment room preparation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude
• Able to follow treatment protocols, clinic SOPs, and instructions from the medical and operational team
• Willing to continuously learn about skincare, aesthetic treatments, products, and treatment techniques
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, weekends, and public holidays according to clinic operational requirements
• Willing to be placed at OORA Skinlabs, Setiabudi, Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and non-medical aesthetic treatments in accordance with OORA Skinlabs treatment protocols and SOPs at our Setiabudi, Jakarta clinic
• Prepare customers before treatment and ensure their comfort, safety, and overall experience throughout the treatment process
• Prepare the treatment room, equipment, products, and treatment materials before each customer
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, hygienic, organized, and ready for use at all times
• Explain treatment procedures and provide basic post-treatment/aftercare information according to clinic guidelines
• Assist Doctors and Nurses with non-medical treatment preparation when required and within the Beautician's scope of responsibility
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and ensure customer treatment information is properly documented
• Monitor treatment products, consumables, and supplies, and promptly report low stock, damaged items, or replenishment needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
• Follow all Company policies, clinic SOPs, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
• Willing to be placed at OORA Skinlabs, Setiabudi, Jakarta
