Job summary

OSI Electronics is seeking a Process Engineer in wire harness manufacturing to lead NPI process setup, document work instructions, and optimize production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher, at least 2 years in wire harness production, strong analytical skills and teamwork. You will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
• Min. 2 years experience in wireharness manufacturing.
• Knowledge of new project build process and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Engineering Assistants.
• Prepare process documentation and work instructions.
• Review and update engineering forms and methods periodically.
• Supervise process implementation during new product launches.
• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception to startup.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices and solutions to improve output quality and rates.
• Perform process simulations and manage cost/time constraints.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Engineering Assistants
• Prepare process documentation
• Periodic Review and updating of Engineering Work Instructions and related Forms.
• Supervise the process implementation in production during New Product launch.
• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Perform process simulations
• Manage cost and time constraintsPerform risk assessments
