Staffinc in Depok, West Java, invites a Finance Assistant to join a mission-driven non-profit. You will support daily accounting tasks, maintain ledgers, and ensure accurate financial records in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll help prepare financial reports, manage expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to the organization’s charitable goals in the region.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets as directed by the Finance Manager.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements regularly.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations in Depok.
