Job summary

Segari seeks a capable Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 40+ member team through the night, ensuring timely shipping and efficient inbound, putaway, picking, and packing. You will coordinate across shifts, analyze issues, and drive process improvements while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, proficiency with WMS/PDT, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
2–3 years as a Supervisor, or at least 2 years as a Senior Supervisor.
Experience managing a team of 40+ people.
Familiar with warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, and packing.
Proficient with WMS or PDT systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Owns a personal vehicle.
Willing to work night shifts (5 days on / 2 days off).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the night-shift warehouse team (40+ members) throughout the shift.
Make operational decisions related to night-time shipping.
Oversee inbound, putaway, picking, and packing processes to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate across teams and shifts to ensure operational targets are met.
Analyze and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
