Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for Discovery Mall Bali. You will oversee all night operations, ensure guest comfort, and maintain venue safety, coordinating with security and operations teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role requires at least 5 years in nightlife venues, experience handling intoxicated guests, and strong English communication; Mandarin is a plus. Candidates must be healthy and able to work nights in Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nightlife venues (Nightclub, Bar, Executive Lounge, or Entertainment Venue).
• Proven ability to manage guests under the influence of alcohol.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (Active fluency required).
• Mandarin language skills are a highly preferred advantage.
• Demonstrates composure, emotional stability, firmness, and conflict de-escalation skills.
