Job summary

PT. Mowilex in Jakarta Barat is seeking an IT Support/Infrastructure professional to maintain internet, security, and user systems. You will configure new user accounts, back up emails and cloud data, and monitor CCTV and VPN connections.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, 3+ years in IT, and strong English communication. This is an on-site position based in Jakarta Barat with opportunity to work within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 3 years of IT experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internet connectivity is available and functioning optimally.
• Monitor and maintain firewall devices.
• Manage and restrict users’ internet access permissions per policy.
• Monitor network and system security to protect internet infrastructure.
• Inspect, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Set up and configure new user accounts.
• Prepare IT equipment, such as laptops, per user requirements.
• Perform backups of users’ email accounts and OneDrive data.
• Monitor LAN, internet connectivity, and branch VPN connections.
