PT. Mowilex is seeking a capable IT professional to support and maintain its IT infrastructure in Indonesia. You will ensure reliable internet access, manage firewalls, and control user access in line with policies. The role includes CCTV system maintenance, user account setups, and equipment preparation for staff.

You will also perform email and cloud data backups, monitor LANs and VPN connections, and contribute to a secure, efficient IT environment with a collaborative team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT, IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and software installation/configuration.
• Knowledge of hardware, networks and servers troubleshooting.
• Understanding of internet network management, firewall administration and security.
• Ability to configure user accounts and manage cloud storage and email.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and team-friendly communication.

Job Description:

• Ensure internet connectivity is available and functioning optimally.
• Monitor and maintain firewall devices.
• Manage and restrict users internet access permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor network and system security to ensure the security of the internet infrastructure.
• Inspect, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Set up and configure new user accounts.
• Prepare and configure work equipment, such as laptops, according to user requirements.
• Perform backups of users email accounts and OneDrive data.
• Monitor local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and branch office VPN connections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of work experience in IT, particularly in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, computer networks, and servers.
• Understanding of internet network management, firewall administration, and network security.
• Ability to configure user accounts, prepare IT equipment, and manage email accounts and cloud-based data storage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
