Job summary

HAND Global Solutions in Jakarta seeks a NetSuite Functional Consultant (Finance & SCM) to lead full-cycle ERP implementations, focusing on either Financials (GL, AP, AR) or SCM (Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). You will align systems with business workflows and document BRDs and specs.

Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Candidates with 2–3 full lifecycle NetSuite deployments and NetSuite certifications are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
• 3–5 years in ERP functional consulting.
• Experience with NetSuite Financials or SCM.
• NetSuite ERP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Analyze business processes and document BRDs and specs.
• Configure core NetSuite features, roles, workflows, and approvals.
• Coordinate data mapping and CSV imports; design tests and UAT.
• Provide end-user training and hyper-care post go-live.
• Collaborate with tech teams for SuiteScript or API integrations.
