Job summary
Serial in Jakarta is seeking a software/ERP developer to implement and customize Oracle NetSuite for retail and FMCG needs. You will design and maintain NetSuite customizations, integrate with third‑party systems, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The role focuses on collaboration with internal teams, data accuracy, UAT support, and delivering secure, scalable ERP configurations using SuiteScript and API integrations.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years experience as Software/ERP Developer in retail or FMCG.
- Hands-on with Oracle NetSuite (implementation, customization or support).
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, workflows and NetSuite configurations.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs.
- Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (finance & accounting a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite based on business requirements.
- Build and manage NetSuite customizations.
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixes, and improve system performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Support UAT and deployment of new features.
- Ensure system security, stability, and compliance with best practices.
