Job summary

WRI Indonesia is seeking a KADIN Net Zero Hub Lead to drive Strategy, delivery, and partnerships for decarbonization initiatives in Indonesia, reporting to the Net Zero Senior Analyst. The role blends technical leadership with program management and high-level relationship management with KADIN Indonesia, IBCSD, and donors.

The position is based in Jakarta with hybrid working and a requirement to be in office about 8 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, sustainability management, environmental science, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional work experience in corporate sustainability or decarbonization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Hub strategy and translate priorities into annual work plans and budgets.
