Job summary

The World Resources Institute (WRI) seeks a KADIN Net Zero Hub Lead to steer the Hub's strategy and delivery in Indonesia, reporting to the Net Zero Senior Analyst. Hybrid Jakarta-based with 8 days/month in-office, the role blends technical decarbonization leadership with program management and donor coordination.

You will guide corporate engagement, manage partner relationships, supervise a delivery team, and translate global standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi, ISSB/IFRS S2, GRI, CDP) into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, sustainability management, environmental science, business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong command of GHG accounting under the GHG Protocol and SBTi criteria.
• Familiarity with sustainability disclosures (ISSB/IFRS S2, GRI, CDP, TCFD).
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder partnerships and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Hub strategy and translate priorities into annual work plans, targets, and budgets.
• Lead delivery of all Hub workstreams with quality and timely outputs.
• Monitor performance indicators and adapt programs based on data.
• Ensure technical content stays current with GHG Protocol, SBTi criteria, and disclosure expectations.
• Design and deliver Corporate Assistance Program including cohort selection and targets.
• Provide senior technical guidance on GHG inventories, target setting, and decarbonization levers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of participating companies and manage relationships with partners and donors.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Hub delivery team; support fundraising and budgeting.
