Nestlé Indonesia membuka kesempatan Magang Management Trainee di bidang Sales untuk lulusan baru. Program 24 bulan mempercepat pemahaman operasional komersial mulai dari penjualan hingga distribusi, dengan rotasi lintas fungsi.

Anda akan ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia, mengejar peluang kepemimpinan masa depan, membangun kemampuan bisnis, leadership, dan kolaborasi dengan tim penjualan kami yang berdedikasi. Fasih berbahasa Inggris diperlukan untuk berkoordinasi secara internasional.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from any major (S1/D4)
• Professionals max 2 years of experience
• Strong business acumen, and willing to be placed across Indonesia
• Strong sense of leadership, growth mindset, resilience, and agility to adapt to rapid business challenge
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Teamwork and collaborative skills
