Job summary

Beautyhaul in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Senior GT & MT Sales Lead to drive revenue growth across General Trade and Modern Trade channels in Jakarta. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, set strategy, and ensure outstanding customer service with major retailers.

You will collaborate with marketing and supply chain, analyze market data, forecast revenue and expenses, and report to senior management. Travel as needed to maintain retailer relationships and opportunities.

Our first brand 'Somethinc' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth in the General Trade & Modern Trade channel.

Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers in the General Trade & Modern Trade channel.

Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with the strategies team to align sales strategies with market insights and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies for.

Manage sales budgets and forecast revenue and expenses accurately.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in General Trade & Modern Trade sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing team.

3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.

Deep understanding of the General Trade & Modern Trade channel, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and use it to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and drive change.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed.
