UNDP Indonesia seeks a National Project Manager to lead the Sustainable Landscape Programme Phase II, including the PFM workstream. You will guide day-to-day operations, manage the PMU, plan budgets, oversee risks, and ensure timely, quality results in line with donor requirements and UNDP policies.

You will collaborate with government partners, SECO, and landscape stakeholders to advance governance, biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree is required or equivalent with experience.
• Experience managing development initiatives with multiple partners.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and monitor projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and budgeting for the project’s annual work plan.
• Coordinate with partners and government bodies for programme delivery.
• Monitor performance, risks and progress against the work plan.
• Ensure knowledge sharing, reporting and donor compliance.
• Advise on gender equality and sustainable landscape objectives.
