Job summary

Jhpiego Inc. seeks a Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist at the national level in Indonesia to support MNH QI activities across districts.

The role collaborates with the Program Manager to monitor progress, coordinate training, and ensure alignment with national guidelines and MoH goals. The candidate will provide technical guidance to provincial teams, work with the MEL and Digital Health teams on data use, and help organize national and sub-national knowledge exchange events.

Qualifications

• Clinical MNCH expertise with at least 6 years’ experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training materials for MNCH teams.
• Strong report writing and dissemination skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to travel to districts/provinces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MNH QI implementation across districts.
• Assist Program Manager in planning and executing MNH QI activities.
• Provide guidance to provincial/district teams on QI processes.
• Coordinate with Digital Health and MEL for data collection and use.
• Support organization of expert meetings and learning sessions.
• Develop TORs to support QI activities at district and national levels.
• Engage with MoH and partners to align QI efforts.
