Oxford Laundry seeks a Multimedia & Social Media Content Intern to support creating and managing digital content across online channels. The role is on-site in South Jakarta as a full-time internship with an initial 3-month trial, offering opportunities for extension based on performance.

You will shoot and edit videos, capture product and service photos, design social graphics, and help manage the content calendar while learning retail and service business dynamics.

Formación

• Pursuing or recent graduate in multimedia, IT, design, or communications.
• English ability at least B1.
• Expertise in video production (shooting, editing) and photography.
• Proficient with graphic design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
• Familiar with social media platforms and current content trends.
• High attention to detail and good time management; able to follow brand guidelines.

Responsabilidades

Multimedia & Social Media Content Intern

You will support the creation and management of digital content across Oxford Laundry's online channels. This is a full-time internship role working on-site in South Jakarta. You will produce photos and videos of daily operational activities, customer interactions, and promotional activities. From designing graphics to optimizing audience engagement, you will help maintain a consistent visual identity for our growing brand.

Key responsibilities

Record and edit short videos featuring our services, team, and customer interactions.

Take high-quality product and service photos, including arranging composition, lighting, and image editing.

Design graphics and digital assets for social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Compile and manage content calendar, and collaborate with the team to develop campaign ideas.

Monitor social media performance and analyze audience feedback to provide content improvement recommendations.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with operational staff on-site to capture authentic moments.

About you

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a related program (e.g. Multimedia, IT, Design, Communication Science).

English language ability at minimum B1 level.

Expertise in video production (shooting, editing) and photography.

Proficient in graphic design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software).

Familiar with various social media platforms and current content trends.

High attention to detail, good time management skills, and able to follow brand guidelines.

Interested in learning about retail or service business; previous experience in content creation will be an added value.

Contract duration: Initial trial contract for 3 months.
