Job summary

Optimus Group is seeking a Digital Content Creator to produce high-quality video and photography assets across brands. You will craft social media content, support performance marketing, and maintain brand visuals with fast turnaround.

Requirements include a strong portfolio, proficiency in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, and the ability to create multiple variations under deadlines. Relocation to Batam is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio/reel showcasing video and photography work.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Understand color grading, audio editing, and video storytelling.
• Able to work efficiently and produce multiple creative variations within deadlines.
• Understand social media content formats and advertising requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video content including automotive products, customer testimonials, advertisements, and social media content.
• Produce product photography and lifestyle photography.
• Create and adapt content for multiple platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media formats.
• Produce creative advertising assets efficiently and in high volume for paid ads testing, working closely with the Performance Marketer.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across different brands and business entities.
• Organize and manage content assets, footage library, and production files.
• Support creative planning and execution for marketing campaigns.
