Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Mortgage Sales or RM Consumer.
• Good knowledge of banking lending and consumer products.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills.
• Strong selling ability and influencing skills.
• Good analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for KPR (mortgage) products.
• Acquire targeted new customers (mortgage) by building partnerships with developers and branches.
• Increase cross-selling between lending and funding products.
• Ensure loan processes comply with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external loan support.
• Provide premium customer service and banking solutions.
• Maintain good relationships and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Provide referrals for new developers, property agents, or referrals.
