Job summary

PT MAI CARE INDONESIA is seeking a Creative Director for the Mom and Baby category to lead the development and execution of short-form video content across TikTok, TikTok Shop, and other social platforms. You will shape campaigns through strong storytelling and data-driven insights.

You will guide a production team, collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams, and set production standards to improve content quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative production, video directing, content strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and producing short-form video content for TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading a creative team or managing end-to-end video production projects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, scripting, visual composition, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable creative improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous creative projects and successful video content is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies for short-form video content, particularly for TikTok and TikTok Shop.
• Lead the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, directing, shooting, and post-production.
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches for product marketing campaigns, promotional videos, and brand-building content.
• Lead and supervise the creative production team, including video editors, content creators, and other team members.
• Analyze content performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize creative strategies based on views, engagement, CTR, and sales.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and successful content formats to generate new ideas.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, KOL & Affiliate, and marketing teams to align content with business objectives.
• Establish creative standards and production workflows to improve content quality, efficiency, and output.
