Job summary

Lion Parcel in Jakarta seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy and vision for the company’s customer-facing mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business targets and market opportunities.

You will drive end-to-end product development for parcel delivery services, improve user experiences, and translate insights into measurable business impact, leading a cross-functional team across PM, design, engineering, data, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Product Management with led customer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record of managing digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and product-led growth.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy and vision for the company’s customer-facing mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of mobile app products for parcel delivery services, from product discovery and strategy to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through customer-centric product development, seamless user experiences, and data-driven product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption, usage, and market penetration by leveraging customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and product performance data.
• Develop and execute product strategies that contribute directly to revenue growth, including identifying new monetization opportunities and optimizing existing digital products and services.
• Explore, evaluate, and develop new digital business opportunities, products, and services that can create additional revenue streams and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Lead user research initiatives, including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis, to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and improvements.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, market opportunities, and measurable business impact.
• Establish and monitor key product and business metrics, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue, to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team, fostering effective collaboration across Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Marketing, and other relevant functions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business stakeholders to ensure product strategies support customer growth, commercial objectives, and successful product launches.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including product positioning, launch strategy, stakeholder alignment, execution, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital trends, customer behavior, and developments within the logistics and digital product landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
