Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead customer-facing mobile apps and desktop web platforms. You will shape product strategy, roadmaps, and experiments, working with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver high-impact, scalable experiences.

You will drive cross-platform performance, prioritize features, and mentor junior team members while aligning with business goals and travel industry dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing customer-facing mobile Apps and/or Desktop web products.
• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or other high-traffic consumer app environments.
• Proven experience handling customer-facing Apps and Desktop platforms, with strong understanding of cross-platform user experience, app performance, and API-driven product development.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests or other experimentation methods to inform product decisions.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across customer-facing Apps and Desktop product lines within Demand Products.
• Develops and maintains detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, focusing on ideation and post-launch optimization.
• Guides and mentors junior team members, fostering technical literacy and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across Apps and Desktop.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on customer-facing app and web experiences to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
• Work with UX/UI designers and data scientists to support cohesive product strategies across platforms.
• Help prioritize features and manage backlog with oversight from senior managers.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product line.
