Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a System Engineer to join multi-disciplinary project teams to design and deliver complex mission-critical and business-critical communication systems, including CCTV and video systems. The role covers post-sales support across projects and may involve pre-sales activities.

The candidate should have a BSc in IT or Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, TCP/IP networking knowledge, basic wireless tech, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• BSc Degree in IT or Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience.
• Networking (TCP/IP) knowledge.
• Basic wireless communication technologies.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Basic understanding of M&E regulatory requirements, design and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex mission-critical and business critical communication systems, including CCTV and video systems.
• Work in the post-sales phases of projects and support multiple projects in parallel, depending on size and complexity.
• Provide support to pre-sales activities.
• Work independently with minimum guidance from others or supervisor.
• Work with project manager to provide technical information and suggestions in internal and external (customer's) meetings.
