Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an onsite Technical Support professional to maintain WiFi infrastructure, CCTV, PIDS, and Locotrack systems in Indonesia. You will troubleshoot network, hardware, and device issues and respond to incidents within SLA.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and CCTV systems. Responsibilities include monitoring system availability, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and handling GPS/Locotrack or related

Qualifications

Minimum education SMK, preferably TKJ, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
1–2 years of onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems experience.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch and Router.
Knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Knowledge and/or experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display/information systems.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related problems.
Monitor the operational condition and availability of WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems to ensure services are running properly.
Handle technical incidents and perform recovery actions per operational procedures and SLA.
