Job summary

Baramulti Group is seeking a supervisor to oversee personnel on rotating shifts while ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Civil, or Geology Engineering and at least 2 years of experience.

This role requires good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective time management. Willingness to work in remote areas with a roster system is necessary, particularly in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.

Job description

• Oversee union personnel on rotating shifts while ensuring that the operation complies with authorized practices and procedures, and production requirements are accomplished in a safe and efficient manner
• Implement an effective safety program conducting safety meetings as required, ensure effective new and refresher safety task training for assigned personnel
• Monitor and inspect work areas to assure area is safe and in compliance with all company safety rules and regulations
• Supervise all personnel assigned to them on shift, including assignment of duties, evaluation of performance, training, and recommendation for training
• Candidate must posses Bachelor's Degree, especially from Mining/Civil/Geologist Engineering
• At least 2 years working experience is required for this position
